1. Shipping

Shipping Cost: Once you have placed the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart, we will calculate the cost of delivery for you based on your delivery address. 

Delivery time: Deliveries generally takes between 5 – 10 working days to arrive, depending on the postcode and shipping method being used. If your postcode is in a metropolitan area, deliveries may be received within 3-5 working days. If your postcode is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 7-10 working days. 

Please note that the following production timeframes apply prior to dispatch, depending on the printing or finishing method selected for your order:

Hat embroidery: approximately 3 weeks

T-shirts: approximately 4-10 days

Hoodies: approximately 4-10 days

Singlets: approximately 4-10 days

Activewear: approximately 4-10 days

All production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary.

2. Returns for change of mind

We do not accept exchanges or returns for change of mind. 

You may have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

3. Australian Consumer Law (including faulty or defective products)

In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. 

Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.

Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the price of the relevant product.
